Activity Log
The Activity tab shows a live list of what the app is doing: every file copied, every file skipped, and anything that went wrong. It updates as files sync, so you can glance at it to confirm things are flowing.
The three kinds of entry
Section titled “The three kinds of entry”| Entry | What it means |
|---|---|
| Copied | A file was successfully copied to a destination. |
| Skipped | A file was intentionally not copied - for example its type is not in your Extensions list, it was inside an excluded folder, or the destination already had the same or a newer copy. |
| Problem | A copy failed, for example because a folder was missing or you did not have permission to write to it. The entry explains what went wrong. |
What each entry tells you
Section titled “What each entry tells you”Every entry shows:
- When it happened.
- Which mapping it belongs to.
- The file it was about, and where it was copied to (for copies).
- A short message with the detail.
If something isn’t syncing the way you expect, the Activity tab is the first place to look - a Skipped entry usually explains why (wrong file type, excluded folder, or already up to date).
